WHAT TYPES OF ENSEMBLES DO YOU OFFER?
Although we are a string quartet at heart, we offer string trio, duo or soloists to match all price points. We are happy to work with you to find the best fit!
WE ARE OPTING FOR THE STRING TRIO OR DUO - WHAT IS THE SOUND DIFFERENCE?
A string quartet will involve four parts consisting of the melody, harmony and two inner voices supporting both of these voices through rhythmic or melodic content. A duo will involve two parts - the melody and harmony, while a trio will involve three - melody, harmony, and inner voice. While the texture will be thinner, we believe these options will still serve your needs well!
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR PRICES?
Our prices are based on length of service, type of ensemble, location, travel distance and number of song requests outside of our library. We pride ourselves on providing quality performances and that means paying our musicians a wage reflecting their education and experience.
